		<description>Ok, I drink Green tea, I take flaxseed capsules (I cannot drink or eat them), I take cod liver oil tablets, I drink about 6 glasses of water a day and I show gratitude to myself, other people and God. 

I do not do enough exercise but I am working hard on it. I think I am getting close to being Fab.

I am definitely a Costco shopper, but I buy the steel cut oatmeal and fresh fruits/veggies, meats, and fish. (Not the cookies and candy) Is it okay to buy these items in bulk, or do they lose their freshness/benefits when you buy them every couple of weeks?
