		<description>Cool idea!  Anything that works to get the kids to eat more of these great foods is awesome.  We eat veggies regularly (most dinners, anyway), but sometimes the kids fight it.  Fresh vs. frozen - fresh usually wins, although we do frozen quite often due to convenience.
