		<description>I always wind up gaining weight during the holidays.  This year I got smart and have a health shake twice a day to offset my appetite.  I also take a daily walk and instead of gaining 10 before Christmas even arrives, I&#039;ve lost 5.  Thanks for the calorie counts (harsh reminder) and encouragement.
