The funny thing about diets and weight loss plans are their are so many and all do not work for everyone. The thing that you have to do is to keep trying different plans until you find the one that gets you the results you are looking for.

The most important thing is to keep on trying and you will find it.

If you check out enough diet sites you will find certain things that run through all of them and these generally are the things that you use to create your diet foundation.

I kept on searching until I found one that would allow me to eat whatever I wanted and still get in shape. I also shared this with some other people who thank me daily.

Keep trying and don't stop!

That is so funny Tim! ...and SO TRUE!! We have a large all-women's health club and our parking lot can get super packed. I have to laugh when some of the ladies complain about having to park far away...only to walk on 3 miles on the treadmill!!

Thanks for the feedback! It is funny how we overcomplicate dieting. If we would all just go back to the basics we'd be much healthier. :)

I've just written a post called things that make me go hmm and you've just reminded me of one that I forgot about.

People that circle the parking lot looking for a place to park near the door at the...........GYM!

Seriously, I see this every time I go there when it's busy. It's parking lot the size of Delaware and people are sat waiting to so they can avoid walking 100 yards before they work out!

Thanks for this great article Bonnie! I agree whole heartedly agree that God/nature should not be messed with. Everything we need to be healthy is always right at our fingertips but then the media has to tempt us with flashy ads, and refined foods. Oh if Eve only wouldn't have taken a bite of that apple!

Yes, God always did know and still does know what is best for us both physically, spiritually, emotionally and in all aspects of life. It's only when WE get in the way and mess with things and do things our OWN way that things go wrong. We try to invent our own foods with all kinds of junk in it and well, no wonder we have so many health problems. Only makes sense. Good post Bonnie.

Hi Bonnie,

This is the first post I've read of yours and it's a great one. I totally agree with your words, "We are the ones who not only have turned eating into entertainment but we’ve become greedy and impatient.". And we want "the big one", and then wonder why so many people are obese.

Yes, God's plan was perfect.
